Foundation Portfolio - Brief

 For my coursework I am going to be producing the opening sequence; including titles, for an imaginary feature film from a genre of my choice that is going to be roughly 2 minutes long. To help me understand the conventions I am going to research existing ones of opening sequences and recording my research and planning on this blog. 

Here is an examples of one of my favourite opening sequences:

 

I will be conducting research into existing film opening sequences and once I have decided on my genre I will look at the wats that opening sequences use genre to create meaning in film.

I have found a useful website called Art Of The Title which I will be using for future reference.
